At present, the animal production base in various parts of China is uneven, and there is still a way to completely prohibit the addition of antibiotics in the feed. When alternative antibiotic feed additives are not fully applied, they should be reasonably used. Including correct selection of antibiotic additives, strict control of the indications for all types of antibiotics, selection of highly sensitive to pathogenic microorganisms, the strongest antibacterial effect or good clinical efficacy, it has high safety, no side effects such as mutation, deformity, and carcinogenic change, and has a low residual antibiotic variety. Pay attention to the duration of use and the withdrawal period. Abuse of antibiotics is not the way to prevent and cure diseases. Similarly, people, chickens, and people must completely change the psychological mindset of antibiotic worship in order to be seamlessly integrated with the world trend. When it is impractical to completely disable antibiotics, strictly enforce the dose, control the drug withdrawal period, and supervise the residual amount, which is the top priority. After these three points are well grasped, chicken can be safely eaten, however, the chicken manure removed from the chicken house should be fully exposed to the sun, prompting the rapid degradation of residual antibiotics to avoid environmental pollution.

After resolving the panic caused by anonymous reports, we need to talk about two extended questions. In this regard, China should also adopt measures to keep pace with the times, fully absorb the scientific management experience of modern industrialized breeding, carry forward the long-standing wisdom of Free-stock cultivation, and carry out large-scale three-dimensional forest-based free-stock cultivation, find the balance between scale and chicken benefits. Isn't it good? It should be emphasized here that large-scale free-range chicken is not fed by eating grass and insects, but by combining traditional free-range chicken with modern feeding and management technologies to achieve benefits.

Although the prices of High-speed and large-sized broilers are lower than those of Three-Yellow Chickens and lower than that of free-range chickens, there is no significant difference in the analysis of the nutritional components of the three broilers. The fat and flavor of the broilers have less flavor than that of free-range chickens. However, from the perspective of food safety, the whole growth process of some so-called domestic chickens is unknown, and there are more uncontrollable risk factors, such as crawling on the junk mountain to beat the grown-up chickens, in this sense, it is the best practice.
