As a speaker, there are times when you need to print PowerPoint presentations as handouts to the audience before you make a presentation, and the audience can refer to them as they speak, and print the manuscript in the form of handouts. PowerPoint will leave blank lines next to each slide for the audience to note, The following describes how to do this:
Operation Steps:
1. Open PowerPoint 2010, change the current handout template before printing, click the View tab, and then click Handout Master, as shown in Figure 1:
2. You can set the style of the motherboard here, such as "slide Direction", "Handout Direction", "Number of slides per page" And so on, we set the "handout direction" to portrait, "slide Orientation" to portrait, "Number of slides per page" For 3 slides, as shown in Figure 2:
3. If you need to print on the slide "date" and "page number" Check the appropriate small box, for you want to print "date" can also adjust the location, after the adjustment, select "Close Master View", as shown in Figure 3:
4. Then click Print on the File menu and select the current handout to print 3 slides per page, as shown in Figure 4:
5. As you can see, we will print according to the template style we designed, and click the "Print" button to finish printing the handout, as shown in Figure 5:
