1. Edit shortcut Keys

ctrl+t: Change character format between sentences. Lowercase or uppercase
CTRL + SPACEBAR: Remove manual character formatting, following and superscript

ctrl+j: Align the ends of a paragraph

2. Slide show control shortcut keys
PowerPoint when presenting in Full-screen mode, the user can manipulate only the right-click menu and Show button. You can also use the following special control of the slide show shortcut keys, very convenient!
N, Enter, PAGE DOWN, right arrow (→), down arrow (↓), or SPACEBAR: Perform the next animation or change the page to the next slide
P, Page up, LEFT arrow (←), Up arrow (↑) or BACKSPACE: Perform previous animation or return to previous slide
+enter: Super link to slide
B or period: black screen or return slide show from black screen
W or comma: screen or return slide show from screen
s or plus sign: Stop or restart an automatic slide show
ESC, Ctrl+break, or hyphen (-): Exit Slide show
E: Erase the annotations on the screen
H: To the next hidden slide
T: Set a new time when rehearsing
O: Use the original setup time when rehearsing
M: Use mouse click to switch to the next slide while rehearsing
Press two mouse buttons for a few seconds: return to the first slide
ctrl+p: Re-display the hidden pointer or change the pointer to a drawing pen
Ctrl + A: Re-display the hidden pointer and change the pointer to an arrow
ctrl+h: Hide pointers and buttons immediately
Ctrl+u: Hide pointers and buttons in 15 seconds
SHIFT+F10 (equivalent to the right mouse button): Show right click shortcut menu
Tab: Go to the first or next hyperlink on a slide
Shift+tab: Go to the last or previous hyperlink on a slide
3. To browse the shortcut keys for a Web presentation
The following shortcuts are used to view Web presentations on the network, including LAN, Internet, and so on.
Tab: Toggles between hyperlinks in a Web presentation, the address bar, and the Links bar
Shift+tab: Toggles between hyperlinks in Web presentations, the address bar, and the Links bar
Enter: Perform the mouse click action for the selected hyperlink
space bar: Go to Next slide
Backspace: Go to the previous slide
4. Send ppt by mail shortcut key
If a user wants to send a presentation as the body of an e-mail message, you can increase productivity by using the following shortcut keys, which require the message headers to be active.
alt+s: Send the current presentation as an e-mail message
ctrl+shift+b: Open the Address Book
Alt+k: In the Address Book, select the names in the To, Cc, and Bcc columns
Tab: Select the next box in the e-mail header, and if the last box in the e-mail header is active, select the message body
shift+tab: Select the previous field or button in the message header
