If you have the basic conditions for surfing the internet include:
The computer has a network card and the driver is installed properly
The operator's network cable is properly connected to the NIC and provides a signal
Operator provides account password for PPPoE dial-up
With the above three conditions now on the long march the last step is to configure the system, the following steps are set:
1, click "Start", select "Control Panel", click on "Network and Internet Connection", then click "Network Connection", then you should see an open window and find "local connection" (if the local connection is not found to represent the computer without network card or NIC driver is not installed), as shown in the following figure:
2. Now, click "Create a new Connection" in the options under "Network Tasks" above, and then click "Next".
3, follow the wizard prompts, select "Connect to the Internet", and then click "Next";
4, then select "Manually Set my Connection", and then click "Next";
5, Next select "Connect with a broadband connection that requires a username and password," and then "next".
