Preface
Do you always have a question before reading this article, that is, what is the role of "Remarks" in the production of PowerPoint (PPT) in office components?
This is the picture the speaker sees. the highlighted section below is the "Remarks.
· By analyzing this view, the speaker can not only see the preview of each slide;
· You can also know the general content (title) of the next PPT );
· You can directly read the "Remarks" without preparation (suitable for new users and friends with on-site errors );
· The speech time can be well controlled;
· When selecting slide (abnormal process), you can click "black screen", so that the audience will not see what "random operations" you are performing.
The effect shown in the following figure is as follows.
Click the position in the figure or press F5 ". The difference between the two is that F5 is shown from the beginning, and the icon button is shown from the current slide.
Finally, select "show speaker View" for the highlighted part of the image (this is the focus)
Click OK to complete the settings.
Step 3: Start the screening.
Select the screening settings
Because there is no projection demonstration in the House, we use an older CRT for demonstration. Different display content can be seen from two screens. The CRT screen on the left is for the audience. In this way, the following audience will not see what is installed in the speaker's notebook. The speaker can show the audience as needed, instead of showing all the operations of the speaker. (I will not say much about this benefit. I must have a deep understanding of my friends who have had similar experiences)
Step 2: Open the PPT for your speech to prepare for the presentation.
Due to work relationships, I often give PPT lectures to customers, and I have seen professional lecturers and it sales introduce my products. I also use PPT. However, almost everyone's PPT usage is still on the projector, and the speaker's laptop is also displayed. The speaker either looks at his laptop screen or the projection on the wall. The "Remarks" are completely ineffective because they are invisible at all.
Out of question, I asked a few questions about the so-called "Office experts". Who did I write the "Remarks" for? What is the role?
The answer given by the experts is "Remarks" to give the speaker an explanation of his or her ideas. Or, before giving a speech to someone else, you can first understand the ideas and intentions of the author who made the PPT.
These are the conventional usage of PPT, or are not correct. I will introduce how to use PPT efficiently and make full use of the "Remarks, in order to provide the best explanation for the audience.
Next I started. The PPT used for demonstration involves a security vendor. The reason is that I have prepared a good ppt and the remarks are detailed, I am not used for commercial purposes, and I am not an employee of this manufacturer.
It is strictly prohibited for others to repost traditional media and other BBS.
Step 1: Set the display attribute of your laptop.
When an external monitor or projector is connected, click "2, select "extend Windows desktop to this display" as highlighted in the figure and set the appropriate resolution.
