PPT2016 How to make a multidimensional organization chart

we usually see the organization chart is generally box, line plus text form, although it seems clear, but not enough image. This kind of organization chart appears monotonous, tedious, copy to imitate to go, appear also have no originality. If the organization diagram can be made into a multidimensional diagram composed of three-dimensional actual figures, when you click on the hot area of a department in the structure diagram, you will receive pictures and information from the head of the department (Figure 1), which is unique, visually more vivid and interactive, and more compelling. The following is a technique for making such an organization chart in PPT2016.

1. Make Blank drawing Bottom

After you run PPT2016, insert a blank slide, use the shapes in the Insert tab, draw the organization chart you want on the slide, set the shape's style, and combine all the shapes to fit the angle, size, position, etc. (Figure 2).

Small tip:

If you think a shape is not the right angle, you can select it individually to adjust.

2. Insert Interactive Hot Zone

Hot zone is added in order to click on the corresponding hot zone, will appear in the corresponding position of the figures and related presentations.

First, add a shape-like ellipse to each ellipse in your organization chart, resize it, set no borders, fill it with the background, and enter the appropriate text for each department. To facilitate the management, selection and use of these shapes, click the "Start" tab, click "edit → select" under the "Selection Pane", in the right "select" window, double-click each newly added ellipse to rename, such as "Chairman Hot Zone", "General manager Hot Zone", etc. (Figure 3).

3. Insert Picture and description

In this org chart, you need to use a character's background-free image. For the background of the image processing, you can use the drawing software or other methods to remove, here no longer repeat. Insert the picture you want, set the shadow effect on the picture, and then use the lines and text boxes in the shape to insert the personnel instructions and format them. For ease of management, it is also necessary to rename these pictures, shapes, such as "logistics Director 1" of the pictures, lines, text boxes are named "Logistics Director 1", "Logistics director 1 connecting line", "Logistics Director 1 text box." Other settings are similar (Figure 4).

Small tip:

In the course of an operation, if some shapes or shapes affect the operation of other objects, you can hide them first by using the eye-like switch button in the Select window.

4. Design animation effect

After the basic interface design is finished, the animation effect is designed when the object of the picture, connection and description is present. Here is the "chairman" of the picture, wiring, text as an example to set. Select the "Chairman" picture and use the Animation tab to add an animation effect to erase. The effect option is set to from bottom, the trigger setting is set to click Chairman Hot Zone, and Chairman Connector, the animation effect is set to erase, the effect option is set to from bottom, and the starting point is set to After the previous animation, select the Chairman text box with the animation effect set to erase, the effect option set to from left, and start after previous. Click the Animation Pane button, and in the Animated pane window that appears, drag the lines and the animation effects of the text boxes to the animation effect of the "Chairman" picture. Other pictures, lines, and text boxes have a similar setting for animation effects (Figure 5).

Small tip:

If the animation effect is similar, you can set the first one, use the animation brush to copy the same animation effect, and then make some small changes.

Finally, add a good title to the slide, and you can decorate it appropriately, such as setting the background. Play to see if this design is different?

To make this org chart more widely available, you can convert it to a file in Flash format. Install the ispring Suite 7 software on your computer and use PPT to open the org chart, when the PPT tab is ispring the Suite 7 tab, switch to the tab, click the Publish button to publish, select the Web, and set it in the window as needed. For example, enter the title, select the output folder, and set the player type (for example, the simple type, the universal type with the Playback control button) as needed in the player. When everything is set up, click on the Publish button to generate a SWF-type Flash file (Figure 6).

The generated SWF file playback effect is exactly the same as the playback effect in PPT, it can be nested in the company's web site to show, which is more novel than the traditional organization chart.
