Shortcut keys for splitting a table
For example, there is a four-line table if you want to split the top and bottom two two rows of tables, you can select the third, row fourth (or some contiguous cells in the two rows, not contiguous select only the last row of the selection is valid), and then press shift+alt+↓ to split the table as required.
Relative to the split table command on the Table menu, splitting a table in this way is more free because it splits a few consecutive rows in the middle of the table into a separate table, by first selecting these lines (or partially contiguous cells), and then pressing Shift+alt+↓, These rows move to the lower part of the table, and when you reach the bottom of the table and then press Shift+alt+↓ again, the split is complete.
Second, adjust the line sequence of the fast key
You can adjust the order of paragraphs in a document by using the shift+alt+ (or down) arrow keys, or you could adjust the line order in the Word table. To do this, place the insertion point in either the cell then cell (or the trailing paragraph mark) of the row you want to adjust, press the Shift+alt key, and then press the UP and DOWN ARROW keys to make the row move within the table, pressing the ↓ key to move the line down.
Third, shortcut keys for merging tables
The shift+alt+ (or below) can be used to combine tables, or even to enlarge the list of ordinary paragraphs between tables.
Iv. change the outline level of text in a table shortcut keys
Place the insertion point inside a cell in the table, press the Shift+alt key, and then press the → key, and the line text style becomes Heading 2 (if you press ← key, it becomes Heading 1). Click the → or ← key to make the line text style switch between Heading 1 and Heading 2.
Note: This method applies equally in general paragraphs, but the effect is different. In a normal paragraph, press shift+alt+ left (or right) to change the paragraph style to heading style, and then continue to switch between Heading 1 and heading 9. Press the shift+alt+→ key to lower the level, and press shift+alt+← to raise the level.
