Precautions for designing websites for IE for Pocket PC

1. DHTML and CSS are not supported.

2. Frame always has borders and can be resize, because the border and margin occupy a lot of limited screen space, so it is not recommended to use frame

3. ActiveX controls cannot be automatically downloaded. Existing ActiveX controls can be referenced by object tags. ActiveX controls do not apply "adaptive screen". Java applets are not supported.

4. Multiple windows are not supported. The target attribute can only be used to indicate the corresponding form, area, and base.

5. The default variable-width font is tahoma, and the default fixed-width font is courier. The two fonts and bookdings, frutiger Linotype are built-in Pocket PC fonts, and automatic font downloading is not supported.

6. bgsound labels are supported, but only wav-format sounds are supported. Loop attributes are not supported.

7. The width of the text box and the text area must not exceed the page width. Otherwise, the pie will automatically adjust to a size not greater than the page width to display a horizontal scroll bar inside the text area.

8. Table Nesting is supported. Table labels do not have the align attribute. It is best to use the PX value to set the width attribute for the table. % cannot be used to set the table width.

9. The PNG image format is not supported.

10. The file control is not supported.

11. Supports up to 50 cookies, up to 4 kb
