Google has detection measures to identify abnormal accounts or compromised accounts. If your user's account is marked, access to the account may be temporarily disabled. It may take one minute to 24 hours to recover the access, depending on the detected behavior.
Abnormal account activities include but are not limited:
- You can receive, delete, or download a large number of emails through pop in a short period of time.
- Send a large number of mails that cannot be sent (returned mails ).
- Use file sharing or file storage software, browser extensions, or third-party software that automatically logs on to your account.
- Open multiple instances of your Gmail account at the same time.
- Browser-related problems if your browser repeatedly loads when you try to access your inbox, it may be a browser issue, not a system control issue. You may need to clear the cache and cookies of your browser.
