Video capture
Convert video into a digital format that your PC can use.
Professional Image Capture card is the video signal after the ad conversion, through the PCI bus real-time to memory and video. In the acquisition process, because the acquisition card transmission data using the PCI Master burst mode, the image transmission speed of up to 33mb/s, can realize the camera image to the computer memory reliable real-time transmission, and almost does not occupy CPU time, Leave the CPU more time to do the operation and processing of the image.
The calculation formula of image rate and acquisition
Frame image size (image size): WxH (length x width)---You must first understand: How much image size to collect.
Color depth: D (number of bits)---desired Image color (8Bit grayscale image or 16/24/32bit true color)
Frame rate: F---The standard PAL system is of course 25 frames, non-standard is not allowed. 500-1000 frames are possible.
Data Volume: Q (MB)---the amount of data in an image signal
Sample rate: A (MB)---the sampling rate of the capture card, which is known through its product brochure
Calculation formula: Q=WXHXFXD/8
Judging criteria: If the a>qx1.2, then the acquisition card can be competent to collect work.
Video source
Using a variety of image capture Cards , you first need to provide a video source for collection or compression. The video source can be:
VCD DVD player, existing videotape, camcorder, LD video disc,CCD camera , monitor's output and so on.
A camcorder and a videotape recorded with a camcorder.
A cassette recorder or tape recorder and a recorded videotape.
LD CD Player LD disc or VIDEOCD player and VCD
camcorder or CCD camera
In medical imaging, video sources are often ct, X-ray machines, B-Ultrasound, endoscopes, and even MRI, and so on.
A variety of industrial, military high-speed non-standard video signal, such as 200 frames per second, 500 frames, or even thousands of frames ...
(such as using Dalsa, Pulnix and other high-end digital camera as a video source)
Other
Standard image source devices must be in NTSC or PAL format, with composite video or s-video, or even an RGB output interface;
Non-standard signals need to get their line frequency, field frequency and other information, can be used oscilloscope or Visual Test card.
A mono or stereo RCA audio output interface is also required for sound acquisition.
You can use the video signal cable we provide to the video source device and the PC's image capture card corresponding end
