The SharePoint list data view in which data from a table in Access 2007 is exported without a primary key column
Symptoms
You export from the Microsoft Office Access 2007 table to the Microsoftwindowssharepointservices list. When this occurs, the primary key column for the original data is a data view that is not in the list.
This issue: The data type of the primary key column for an Access 2007 table when the following data types
Reason
This problem causes the Access 2007 primary key column data to be exported to the new hidden _id column. By default, the _id column does not have a data view added to the SharePoint list.

In the View all Site content panes, click the list. |

More information
When you export an Access 2007 table primary key column data to a SharePoint list, create a new primary key column. The new column assigns the name "ID" and the AutoNumber data type. The original primary key column assignment name "_id," does not assign the AutoNumber data type.
In the export table, each record is specified with the new unique key value in the new SharePoint list ID column. The primary key column of the original data is moved to the hidden _id column. Therefore, the export process can be confusing because the primary key column name is toggled and the original primary key column data is hidden.
