Problems with debugging the network through ActiveSync

The debug process uses socket-tcp without any problems, but when using SOCKET-UDP, it is found that the sending data is successful, but the receiver does not receive the data.

Then directly let the CE device and PC through ActiveSync Socket communication, the same TCP can, but not UDP.

Finally, only the fact that UDP cannot be debugged through ActiveSync is accepted, but the cause is unknown. It may be related to the implementation mechanism of ActiveSync.
