In the import and export trade, each commodity in each transaction must have a specific name to distinguish other commodities; in each transaction, the commodity represents a specific commodity quality, it is the comprehensive performance of the internal quality and external form of goods. At the same time, the transaction must be clear about the quantity of goods, which is the basis for calculating the unit price and total amount.

Note the following:
1> to give an attractive name to a product, you can name it based on its purpose, origin, places of interest, monuments, crafts, and forms;
2> the product name reflects the natural properties of the product. The brand of the product reflects the human nature of the product;
3> in foreign trade transactions, you should note that a proper foreign language name should be translated for the product name; otherwise, a dispute may occur.
3. Product Quality

A sample is a small amount of physical data that is extracted from a batch of goods or designed by the production department to reflect the quality of goods. In the case of a sample transaction, the Seller shall assume the responsibility for the inconsistency between the goods and the samples.

The sample numbers or delivery dates and descriptions of the differences between the goods and the samples should be listed in the case of a sample-based transaction; the description of the drawings should be listed in the contract when the document-based transaction is made.
4. quantity of items
If the seller's quantity of goods is less than the contract quantity, the buyer has the right to reject the goods; otherwise, if the quantity of goods is greater than the contract quantity, the buyer has the right to reject the excess quantity or all.
