Key Points of Project Management: Plan + Review

The influence of the company's organizational structure on the project: the weak matrix model is consistent with that of most domestic companies, with the micro-project structure and macro matrix results.

Project planning process: productbs (Breakdown Structure) × processbs (×: interconnection between layers). A project consists of a process structure decomposition and a product structure decomposition to form the entire project plan.

Career Planning: A process that must be experienced by a Project Manager: 1. 1 ~ 2 years of testing, 2. N years of project, 3. half or one year market, 4. Production of another half or one year, if sucess, Goto project manager, else goto other industries.
