Problem analysis
Question 1: when printing an Excel file, the system prompts: unable to print. Microsoft provides three suggestions: 1. Insufficient memory 2. Incorrect Driver 3. Loose cable;
Problem 2: when printing the dwg image of CAD, the system prompts that the RPC server is unavailable.
Problem 3: The service is not started
Solution
1. Run -- services. msc (service) --- Print Spooler and Remote Procedure Call (RPC) to start and set it to automatic --- restart the computer --- OK
2. If not, check whether the DNS is correct and reset the IP address.
3. If the problem persists, reinstall the system.
My service found
However, I checked based on the assumption that the "RPC server is unavailable:
1. Run services. msc, open the service list, and check that the Print spool service is normal!
2. Run services. msc. Open the service list and check that "remote procedure call (RPC)" is enabled automatically!
This shows that it is not a problem with services. msc, but the reason for other methods. Later, I saw a problem with the IP address of the printer and the IP address I connected. So the problem is here.
