PS Create IOS7-style countdown timer

Step 1

Open PS to create a 730px * 410px document and add horizontal and vertical guides in the center section:

Use the Ellipse tool ellipse Tool (U) to draw a 120px * 120px prototype, without filling the color, with a stroke of 5px #e1e1e1, placed in the center of the canvas:

Enlarge the canvas to around 1200%, and then use line tool lines Tool (U) to draw a 1px line from the top of the circle to the center point:

Ctrl + Alt + t appears free to transform the straight frame, see the Straight center point of wood there? Press and hold Shift+alt, mouse Drag center point to move to the bottom of the line (remember to drag to the center of the bottom when you do not hurry to press ENTER OH):

Add the following gradient overlay style to the circle:

Mask processing out of One-fourth areas not shown:

Use the Type tool text Tool (T) to add dates, times, minutes, and seconds, noting the one by one correspondence of numbers and labels and gradient colors:

One last step!

Group all the layers that you just created, then copy the other 3 groups, and the horizontal spacing between the 4 groupings is 20px, adjusting the content to form a complete IOS7 countdown timer:

Then I was unwilling to the white background. Ios7 don't you have a lot of wallpapers? I set the blur of a picture to 15% as the background of the timer, and look at the final effect:
