Step 1
Create a new file with a 1400*704px size and black background. Open City image, select part of the building, as follows:
Paste this part of the copy into the main file and use the Free transform tool to skew it, as follows.
Use a softer eraser to erase certain parts of the building:
Add a clipping mask, and then adjust the layer as set:

Merge the three adjustment layers, copy and paste the merged layers, and place them below the merged layers, and then adjust their size and orientation with the free transform tool:
Repeat above steps, do a few more "ghost house", place the position as follows:
Step 2
In this step, we will join the male pig feet! This actor can Belittlin ' Tom Cruise's brother, are you ready? First place the male pig's feet, the position is as follows:
Use the eraser tool to wipe the face and body of a handsome guy:
Add a clipping mask and adjust the layer settings as follows:

In this step, we will add some other effect. First create a new layer, which will have the layer mode set to overlay on top of all layers. Then place the crack brush (the last one in the footage) and select the following:
Set the color of the brush to white and draw a few strokes on the handsome man, as follows:
Continue painting, you can change the brush:
Open the Flame This picture (the third in the material), select the main part with the Quick selection tool:
Copy the flame and paste it into the main file, shrink it with the free transform tool, and place one on the left and right sides, as follows:
Step 4
In this step we will add some additional flame effects. Copy the Flames in the previous step, put it in the main file, this time do not shrink, use the eraser to remove the part of the Mask:
The layer mode is set to overlay, and the effect is as follows:
To add a cloud/smoke effect in a filter:
Step 5
Continue to add flames and fill the entire image.
You can use a liquefied filter to adjust the flame:
Step 6
The last step ~ Copy the background layer, use the liquefaction filter to pull the edge of the picture, as follows:
Add some colors to the picture in the optional Color adjustment panel:
