Open the image material, color photo, and copy the layer twice. copy and copy 2 appear at the layer panel.
Adjust the copy in the layer to the glare mode, but the effect is not obvious in the figure. you can click "eyes" in front of copy 2 of the coating to hide copy 2 of the layer, in this way, the glare effect will come out.
Unhide layer copy 2, select Copy 2, and click image -- adjust -- reverse. Adjust the order of layers, move copy 2 down one layer, and put it under the copy.
