PS filter to make radial aperture

This tutorial mainly uses the cloud in the filter and the radiation blur and so on the function makes the more vivid lifelike digital effect. The operation is relatively simple, the effect is more ideal.

Final effect

1. Create a new image, use the default foreground and background color to make "filter _ render _ Cloud", and then "filter _ Render _ layered clouds" to form a similar effect as shown below.
