Tutorial
First with a soft brush in a new layer to draw a point, the size of the point according to individual needs to adjust, the example of the point will draw the above figure.
Now use the Smudge tool, you need to use a hard brush to finish, the goal is not to drag the tail too long, but also according to the individual needs to adjust the length.
When you think the length of the tail is appropriate, copy the layer and hide it at the same time. When finished, you can repeat the new layer or copy it directly, and when there are two layers, select a layer to rotate. Merge the two layers according to the center point.
Copy this layer of mirror rotation. Combine the ends in a horizontal direction to restore and place the previously hidden layers in the middle. As shown in the figure above, merge all the layers.
If this is the case, it will be easier to follow. Lengthen the middle of the tail, at least 3 times times the length of the head, and then click on the head with a soft brush. If you want to explode more strongly, you can rotate vertically down the center of a fixed canvas. Copy this layer with "aurora coordination" (estimate what filters or tools are in the photo shop)
The top and bottom positions of the graphs determine the effect, and the best results from the fixed center. Merge layers.
This completes this step to continue the other effect.
Note: Delete half image and copy layer
The mirror shape appears when you rotate
Then merge
