Create a new canvas with a size scale similar to the original.

Press A (Path selection tool), left click on the rounded rectangle, then press ctrl+t, I want to move this shape to the upper left corner of the canvas, close to the corner.

The size of this rectangle is 100*100, so to align it to the corner, its center is 50*50, I just need to enter 50 on the horizontal and vertical position, it will be accurate to reach the position.

Now I'm going to let the rounded rectangle fill the canvas with 2 pixels apart, press ctrl+alt+t, and enter 152 in the horizontal position.

Mad Press Ctrl+shife+alt+t until the horizontal direction is covered.

Continue to press A, frame all the rectangles, ctrl+alt+t, and enter 152 in the vertical position.

Continue to press Ctrl+shife+alt+t until the vertical direction is covered.

Press A, frame all shapes, ctrl+t, and enter 750 and 600 respectively in both horizontal and vertical positions to center them. Because the canvas you just built is 1500*1200, the central position is 750 and 600.
