I believe you have also tried to meet the beauty of the time, there is only one mobile phone on hand. And in any case adjust the phone settings, the picture is not too bright sky is too dark foreground. Today we will teach you how to use the only equipment to shoot down the scenery!
Using a mobile phone to shoot the landscape will appear dead black and white, because the camera's dynamic range is not high, in short, the phone can not record too large light and dark differences. In order to solve the problem of large light difference, we can use the gradient gray (any camera applicable), black card (Advanced camera applicable) a class of skills. But if we do not have these tools on hand, we can also use the method of post synthesis to solve the problem. This concept is somewhat similar to HDR, but it's a natural way to get it out of the picture.
The first step is to take 3-4 photos of different light and dark with your existing phone, using Android, you can use the exposure compensation directly, using iOS can be clicked in different places to draw different light of the photo (for example, click on the sky, a hill, a beach and a stone).
Since all 4 photos are hand-held, the composition will change slightly, so the next step is to align several photos.
We selected 4 photos at the same time in Adobe Bridge, then choose Tools/photoshop/photomerge ...
Then the software will jump to Photoshop, we do not pick blend Images together, and then click OK.
In the blink of an eye the picture has been aligned, we use crop tool to cut off the edge of the protruding part.
Now we can see that there are 4 different layers of light and dark that are arranged well. First choose to display the lighter two layers, then select Eraser Tool, and wipe off the darker part of the darker layer (wipe off the dark rocky beach, leaving the sky exposed).
Repeat the above steps in the remaining two layers. At this point, you can already see a noticeable improvement in the photo dimming, and basically the bright sky and the dark rocky beach can be seen in the photos at the same time.
Finally, we will adjust the color and brightness of the photo. Right-click on the layer to select flatten Image.
Press Ctrl+shift+a (in Photoshop CC version) to jump out of the familiar camera Raw.
Then, as usual, using tools such as graduated filter to adjust the photos.
This is the end of the finished product! Although the use of higher-order cameras than there is a good distance, but compared to the original picture of the phone is also a great improvement!
Another example of a more cross section, using a hundreds of-dollar mobile phone, is also synthesized in a similar way. Let's try it the next time you have an iphone on your hand!
