Final effect

1. Main Technology: Filter wind/twisted combination use!

1. Press CTRL + N to create a new RGB document!

2. Select channel control surface version to create a new ALPHA1 channel!

3. Use the Word tool to write "colorful light" four words in the new channel (this word applies the font with a small stroke!)

4. Deselect the selection with Ctrl+d!

5; Select filter/warp/polar coordinates. Select polar coordinates to plane coordinates. Good point!

6. Select image/Rotate canvas/90 degrees (counterclockwise)

7. Select filter/Style/wind. The option is set to: Method: Wind, Direction: From right: Dot good!

Repeat the effect of the wind with ctrl+f

8. Select image/Rotate canvas/90 degrees (clockwise)

9; Select filter/warp/polar coordinates. Select plane coordinates to polar coordinates. Good point!

10. Use CTRL + A to select all images, and then use CTRL + C to copy layers;

11. Select the layer option to control the layout. Click on the background layer and then use CTRL + V to paste the layer you just copied!

12. Double-click the Gradient tool, select transparent rainbow gradient! Painting mode is selected as overlay (set the following figure), and then the gradient tool is pulled from left to right on the layer.

13. Merge Layers! The effect is complete! The final effect is as follows!
