1, first create a new picture, size 1200*800px, background layer filled with black, create a new layer named "background texture", and then select the Brush tool, follow the steps shown in the following picture to load the texture brush.

Click the down arrow next to the brush shape in the property bar, click the arrow in the upper-right corner of the pop-up shortcut menu, and select the Load brush option

Then you'll see a window pop up, select the texture brush file you downloaded in this window, and you'll see the brush options shown in the palette of the brush. (The yellow highlighted part indicates the brush we just loaded)

2. Using these loaded brushes, we can create the background effect we like on the "background texture" layer. In the drawing process, do not just use a brush, you should try to worry a series of combinations, and adjust the different flow. Here are the background textures to do
