In this tutorial, I'll show you how to use Photoshop to draw a realistic American captain's shield. The whole process is very simple, not more than 45 minutes. 1th Step

Open Photoshop to create a new document. I use the 2600x2600 pixel. Use the Paint bucket tool (G) to fill the black.

2nd Step

Create a red (#d51a37) circle with the Ellipse tool (U).

3rd Step

Use the Magic Wand tool (W) to select the area of the circle, and then create a new layer.

4th step

Use the Paint bucket tool (G) to fill the white.

5th step

Filters > Noise > Add Noise. Defines a black background color and white as the foreground color. Use a quantity of 150%, Gaussian distribution, and select "Monochrome".

6th step

Filters > Blur > Radial blur. Use a quantity of 40, rotate the fuzzy method and the best quality.

7th step

Image > Adjustment > Color Adjustment black is 103 gray to 1.00 white for 192.
