I hope you get into the habit of shooting in raw format, because for such a large photo, the raw format later up more convenient. When we get a picture, we need to have an idea: this piece I want to adjust to what effect? It is best not to take the parameters left-right push to find the feeling, there is a variety of tools to have an understanding, do not look at everything.

First we look at the original artwork (here I like to use LR, some students like to use camera Raw, the same as the two, this photo, the sun directly hit the model body, light is very hard, some dead white, the dark is fine, adjust the heart of the main want to play cause a clean warm, light and light transition nature of a picture, So the first step is to press the light first, to lift the dark part.

  Step one: Press high light, lift the dark part

Put the high light pressure down, the dark light, reduce the contrast, where I reduced the white color, because the high light is really taibai. Also colored temperature can change the overall tone of a picture, I do not use the color temperature here. I added a bit of red hue because Nikon was a little yellow on the complexion.

You can refer to the parameters, but the parameters are not adapted to each photo, according to different light to adjust properly. Look at the parameters of the time, to see what the role of an action, understand each action corresponding to the picture changes, and then take their own actions to modify to achieve the desired effect.

  Step two: Adjust the complexion

In lr-color here tone, I like this one, each hue can be adjusted separately. Red brightness, some dark skin has a little red, we adjust the time to pay more attention to observe the color of the various details of the photos. Orange This is very important, because the skin color is here, like the white and white can reduce the saturation of orange, brighten the color of the words can add brightness. For the yellow adjustment, I added saturation, reduced brightness, because there is yellow in the high light, I do not want to high light dead white dead white. So we have to carefully observe a picture in order to build their desired effect.

  Step three: Export PS liquefaction

Export to Photoshop for adjustments. The first step is liquefaction, I am accustomed to liquefaction in the first step, girls like small arms calf small face ah, so in these places a little liquefaction, the specific intensity will look at the individual, of course, can not be repaired out of reality.

Next we look at the skin, model skin is very good, go to some spots pox can, here I do not demonstrate how to rub skin, about the skin is not the same, I believe we all have a routine of their own.

 Fourth Step: Tonal adjustment

Because we want a warm picture, and this time the photo is still cold, my method is to create a hue saturation layer, adjust the following, red for skin color, change hue pull high saturation, yellow is the overall tone, brighten.

And then create a color balance adjustment layer, reduce green plus red, add some magenta, minus blue and yellow, here I hope that the three primary colors are not very understanding of the students, evil to fill the three primary colors of the complementary relationship, parameters are only reference, each piece is different.

The three primary colors are complementary, and are essential to color matching.

  Fifth step: Soften the high light

OK, the fourth step for tonal adjustment is almost complete, this time need to soften the high light, extract the high light shortcut keys ctrl+alt+2

Copy the extracted high light to a layer, perform the filter-blur-Gaussian blur, the values are as follows

Next, change the high light layer mode to overlay, reduce the opacity, and erase the high light parts that don't need to be softened, where I only keep the part of the model.

  Step Sixth: Increase sharpness

Here has basically completed the photo modification, can be appropriate to add a sharp degree or something. Here I basically use the high contrast, more textured some, copy the background layer to perform filters-high contrast retention, the values are as follows. The higher the photo pixel, the more appropriate the value can be.

Mode to soft light, depending on the situation, the opacity, the final merge layer, completed.
