PS Pen tool to draw feather fan method

　　 Production process:

First, draw a portrait of the ellipse, linear fill on the transition color

Two, the ellipse to do about 45 degrees of rotation

Third, use Ctrl+shift+alt+z (Flatten selected), convert it into a bitmap image

Use the Smudge tool to apply the ellipse back and forth (strokes are adjusted appropriately according to the size of the ellipse, recommended 1-3 pixels)

　　 Rotate the applied ellipse back to its original position

Six, with the rectangular selection tool rampage 1/2 area, del key to remove it

Seven, cloning processing good graphics, and the copy horizontal flip, flattening, now the feather effect is basically emerging

Draw the stem in the middle of the feather with the pen tool
