PS plug-in with camera raw to improve the contrast

The vast expanse of the desert under the wind and torrential rain, to show people a variety of beautiful scenery, boundless, high-low hills, dance, like millions of castles. In the post-processing, you can use the camera raw in the adjustment color function, the picture of the entire color and shade contrast enhancement, and then use the "Adjust brush tool" to decorate the sky color, to create the beautiful scenery of desolation.

Adjust sharpness and saturation

Open the original slice in the Camera raw window, set "sharpness" to +22 in the Basic tab on the right, "natural saturation" +24, "saturation" to +25, and improve the color brightness of the screen.

Click the Auto option

Click the "Automatic" button in the Basic tab to automatically adjust the value of the option parameters, such as exposure, contrast, and highlight, and then adjust some of the parameters based on the screen, adjusted to the left preview window to see the effect after the adjustment.

Draw a mask effect

Click the Adjust Brush Tool button in the toolbar, set properties such as brush size, feather, and so on on the Adjust Brushes tab on the right, and then select the Auto mask and show masks check boxes to apply the Adjust brush tool to the sky area.

Adjust the color of the sky part

Uncheck the auto mask and show masks check boxes, then on the Adjust Brushes tab, set the color temperature to 100, hue to 3, contrast to +50, shadow to +6, and the sky bluer when set.

Adjust the high light and dark tone in the area

Click the Tone Curve button, and on the right side of the Tonal Curve tab, enter "Highlight" +11, "brightness" to +24, "darkened" to-13, "shadow" to-1, set to decorate the overall tone of the picture.

Tonal curve contrast enhancement

Click the Point tab in the Tonal Curves tab, switch to the Points tab, click and drag the curve below the option, and drag to enhance the contrast effect.

Set and sharpen details

Click the Details button, and in the Details tab on the right, enter sharpen "quantity" to 106, "radius" to 2.2, "details" to 61, and sharpen the image.

Separate tonal adjustment for high light and shadow

Click the Detach Tone button, and in the Detach Hue tab on the right, enter the high light hue of 20, saturation to 11, shadow hue to 44, saturation to 8, and view the effect of the split hue in the preview window.

Camera Calibration Screen Color

Click the Camera Calibration button, set the red color hue to-24 in the Camera Calibration tab on the right, and saturation to +36, setting the color of the desert to become more Hongyan.

After you finish the basic adjustment of the image in Camera raw, click the Open Image button in the lower-right corner of the dialog box to open the set image in Photoshop.

Color Range Select Image

Follow the Select > Color Range menu command, open the Color Range dialog box, click the High Light area in the dialog box, confirm the selection, click OK, and select the image.

Color balance Adjust selection image

Click the color Balance button on the Adjustments tab, and in the Properties tab, enter the Midtones +47,-24, +40, shadow color +38, +14,-39, and then adjust the color to increase the level of the screen.

Photo Filters decorate the sky

Select the Quick Select tool, click in the Sky area, create a selection, create a photo filter adjustment layer, select the blue Filter on the Properties tab, and set the concentration to 87% to decorate the sky color.

Follow the Select > Color Range menu command, open the Color Range dialog box, click the Cloud area in the dialog box, confirm the selection, and then click OK to select the cloud area.

Click the Levels button on the Adjustments tab to create a level adjustment layer, and in the Properties tab, enter a value of 44, 0.86, 255, and adjust the cloud color to decorate the sky.

The stamped layer gets the new layer, press CTRL while you click the photo filter 1 layer thumbnail, load the sky selection, press the shortcut key ctrl+j, copy the sky area, execute the filter > Noise > Reduce Noise menu command, set the parameters in the Open dialog box, and remove the noise from the sky.
