1, Color range:

Executive: Select > Color range, Open Color Range dialog box, use the Eyedropper tool to sample in the Safflower, then adjust the color tolerance to the maximum, determine the operation, press CTRL + J to copy the Red flower, create a new layer above the background layer, then pull blue to white gradient effect to get the result shown in the following figure.

2. Extract filter:

Copy a layer and execute: Filter > Extract, check the "forced foreground" color, use the eyedropper tool in the red flower sampling, and then use the edge of the high light in the red flower smear, determine the operation, pull out the red flowers, in the background layer of a new blue to white gradient fill layer, get the following figure shows the effect.

3, Magic Wand Eraser Tool:
