first, create the lake
1th Step
Create a new 2000x1000 pixel layer and fill it with white. Play Ctrl-j to copy the background layer and convert it to a smart object. In this layer, Layer > Noise > Add Noise:
Press D to set the foreground/background color to the default (black and white). Filters > Sketches > Base Highlights:
Filters > Blur > Motion blur, in order to create ripple effects:
Copy this layer, using the Free Transform tool (ctrl+t), perspective, as shown in the following illustration:
Use the Crop tool (C) to select the middle portion of the image and remove unnecessary fields:
Save this file as a PSD and name it "ripple_ texture" or whatever name you want.
2nd Step
To create a new 2000x1288 pixel new layer:
3rd Step
Open the "Sky 1" image. Rectangular Marquee Tool (M), select only the sky section:
Copy the selection to the top of the "Sky 1" layer. Name this layer "sky".
Copy this layer and place it above the "sky" layer. Flip vertically by selecting vertical Flip Edit > Transform >. Move down to cover the white canvas. Name this layer "lake".
4th step
To make the lake Ripple, Filter > Twist > Replace, and browse the settings of the ripple file we created in step 1 to replace the filter to achieve your desired effect.
5th step
For better ripple effects, filter > Blur > Motion blur, change angle and distance values:
6th step
Add masks to the sky. Use a soft round brush black (black soft brush) to soften the boundary between the sky and the lake:
7th step
To make some of the lake looks deep, create a new layer, with a soft brush color #e6af73 and opacity about 30-50%, painted in the constituency. Change this layer mode to multiply bottom 100%:
8th Step

9th step
Open the Sky 2 images. Select only the sky Rectangular marquee tool:
Pull this sky section to the top of our main image and overwrite the existing one. Change this layer mode to soft light 100%, use the layer mask, erase part of the overlapping lake and reduce its opacity to make it better integrated with the existing sky:
10th Step
To reduce the sky's noise, filter > Noise > Dust and scratches, change the radius to 3 pixels:
11th Step
Copy this layer and flip it vertically. Place it into the existing lake, making the reflection on the lake of the sky.
Filters > Distortions > Permutations (because Sky 2 differs from Sky 1, changing settings to get the right effect) settings.
Filter > Blur > Motion blur, Angle set to 0 and distance set to 15:
12th Step
There is an extra detail on the sky 2. To delete it, create a new layer and clone the Stamp tool (S). Use this tool to remove this detail:
Second, add ship
1th Step
Pull out the "boat" from the material and place it in the middle of the lake. Flip horizontally by selecting Edit > Transform > Horizontal flip. Ctrl+t deformation, as shown in the following illustration:
2nd Step
Copy the boat layer and put it under the first boat. Then-displacement and-motion blur filter.
