There are many ways to make optical filaments, and the following methods are the fastest. Thinking: First draw a curve, the curve is translucent, the local pencil with a small point, and defined as a brush, and then the text into the path, and the path strokes, select the curve brush to get the initial effect, and then use the layer style to increase the glow effect.

1, before making the text effect, we need to define a brush first.
Create a new 600 * 600 pixel, with a resolution of 72 canvas, as shown below.

2. Select the Pen tool and check out the closed path as shown in the following figure. If the text is larger, the path here should also be a little bigger.

3, create a new layer, press the letter key "D" before the background color back to the default black and white.

4. Press CTRL + ENTER to convert the path to a selection, then fill the black. Do not cancel the selection after the color is filled.
