PS Use the filter library to make a picture of the ladder effect

First, we open a picture, the following figure

Setting the foreground color to blue (r35,g103,b138) and setting the background color to white

Third, execute the filter > Filter Gallery command to open the Filter gallery and expand sketch. Click Halftone pattern, the image type is set to line, the size is set to 1, and the contrast is set to 8, as shown below.

Then perform the filter > Lens Correction command, open the Lens Correction dialog box, click the Custom tab, and then drag the Quantity slider in the Halo Options group to the left,

To perform the Edit > Fade Lens Correction Command, in the Open dialog box, set the blending mode of the filter to overlay, as shown in the following figure.

Six, look at the effect of the picture.
