1. What is the function of the installed assistant?

A: New installed assistant function, drive, software easy restore.

With the installed assistant easy backup driver, software and QQ chat records and other personal data, at any time to restore your new system to the most fluent running state.

2. What software do we support?

A: At present, QQ computer Butler installed assistant only support the software butler input. For commercial software, Green software we temporarily do not support, we need you to manually backup.

3. Do you support personalized data backup?

A: In the Personal Data backup interface you can add other data files or folders by clicking the Add button.

4, how to restore?

A: Open My Computer and find the disk where you previously backed up.

Double-click to run the AssistWizard.exe file.

Enter the software restore interface, click the Start Restore button to restore.

5, Backup failed?

A: After the backup is complete, if a backup failure occurs, we recommend that you follow these steps to give the check:

1 shut down all running software, so as to avoid the backup failure caused by the program occupation;

2 Check your backup disk for adequate backup space, if there is not enough disk space, please select the disk with the largest remaining space as backup directory (please do not select C: Disk for backup);

After completing the above steps, you need to retry the backup, if there is a situation that can not be backed up by the QQ computer Butler support feedback to us, we will have someone to solve for you.

6, restore failed?

A: If a restore failure occurs, you can resolve it in the following ways:

1. Restore the items that failed the restore (recommended);

2. Manual Installation Failed entry (only for hardware drivers, software);

3. Through support feedback to us, we will have technicians to follow up.
