QT-WIN-OPENSOURCE-4.8.4-MINGW installation Process

First, download the software:

Qt-creator-win-opensource-2.5.0.exe

Qt-win-opensource-4.8.4-mingw.exe

Mingw-gcc440_1.zip

Second, the installation process

1. Install Qt-creator-win-opensource-2.5.0.exe assuming directory is C:\Qt\qtcreator-2.2.1

2. Unzip Mingw-gcc440_1.zip to directory C:\Qt
3. Install Qt-win-opensource-4.8.4-mingw.exe, select the MinGW directory for the period C:\QT\MINGW

4. Tools, option->QT, "QT version" select "Manual Settings", and then add the 3rd step installation of C:\Qt\4.8.4\bin\qmake.exe;

5. Switch to "tool chain", select "Manual Settings", then add the 1th step installation of the C:\qt\mingw\bin\g++.exe;

6. Right-click on "My Computer", "Properties", "Advanced", "Environment variables", add:

C:\Qt\mingw\bin;

C:\Qt\4.8.4\bin;
