1. The installation process is basically the same as that of 10.0. With more detailed configuration items, the icons are ugly :-)

2. The operating interface continues the 10.0 style, and the view is basically unchanged.

 

3. When I see this column inserted, I think the operations from 9.0 to 10.0 are obviously simpler. It is more convenient to compile test scripts and tends to be more silly. At the same time, 11.0 removed the call of WR test, but changed to the call of service test. Presumably, this type of test supports a wider range. If you are interested, try other open-source test codes.

 

4. Simple operation support for regular expressions is added to the tool menu. I believe that many beginners can learn the code more quickly by clicking the mouse. 7. The object detector has changed. The help document explains several new button functions. The four new buttons are displayed from left to right:

8. I have maintained and optimized 10.0 of object merging and comparison functions. I am not sure where the optimization is.

In fact, there are still some things that are not so important for us, such as HP update tool. We feel that qtp11.0 is still simple to optimize compared with 10.0, and there is no major change.

In addition, the more personal opinions and functions the beginners need, the more knowledge they need, which can lead to endless surprises. Although the compilation of testing programs is simplified, however, objectively speaking, it is still necessary to spend more time to master so many functions of qtp. Some people (such as me) have spent a few years, even 9.0 of the functions are useless. Several consecutive upgrades are a little fancy. It would be better if we could integrate the support for open-source testing tools. After all, qtp scheduling and result analysis are powerful.
