Questions about submitting your code to SVN management error

Do you have a Java class in the lower right corner before the code is submitted? After submission, it will be eliminated. Sometimes the code commits to report a hook blocking error, mainly for two reasons:

1.comment does not fill in, must fill in Jira inside the key

2. Your code is in the wrong place, inconsistent with the modules in your Jira, put the code in the right place

SVN is a code management tool, if it is a new file directly commit, if only the original file based on the change, select synchronized with repository (synchronous)
