Interviewer: Why don't you take an exam?
Me: To be honest, I prepared for postgraduate entrance exams during the summer vacation, but finally decided to find a job. I think it is very difficult to know what kind of person I am and what I should do, but fortunately I have done it. I think I have passion and love to fight, going out to work now is better than reading.

Interviewer: Okay. Next question. What are your parents' attitudes when you go to Shenzhen to work far away from home?
A: Let me choose at home. They all support me.
B: I have no opinion at home. I will make a decision on everything.
C: My family also has no requirements for my work location, but they want me to be close to my home, and I mean to go out and try again. The development in Shenzhen is very good, I think it suits me very well.
Me: I have been talking with my family about my work location before. My mom's attitude towards me is "you are a man, you should be in the air and let go to fight, mom supports you in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, New York, Washington, or Middle East and Western Asia !, Your career success in the future is your greatest happiness with your dad ". For myself, I still hope that I can work in Shenzhen, which is a great place for young people with dreams to enter.

Interviewer: after you go to Shenzhen, your parents are far away from you. Are you not filial?
Me: I don't think this is a problem. No matter where I work, I can't stay with them every day. If I get together in Shenzhen, I can pick them up. If they don't fit in, so I built a house for my parents in the first few years. The House should not be big, but it must be warm. On the other hand, the current traffic is so developed that if you fly, you can go home in just a few hours.

Interviewer: I don't know. You don't know. Our work environment is very bad, tired, and noisy. Can you afford it?
A: What is the noise? In general, I can accept it. If it hurts a lot, I cannot accept it.

Me: I grew up in the countryside. When I was a child, I went to do business with my father and followed my mother to do farm work. I cannot say how much I had suffered, but I can do my hard work at least. As for noise, I personally think that since there are so many people in the workshop, they can afford it. Of course we can.

Interviewer: we work a lot of overtime. How many hours of work do you think you can accept?
A: 5 hours

Me: I think this problem should be considered based on the distance between my place of residence and the company. If I live in a company, I think it is acceptable to work overtime for 3 to 4 hours. IT companies in Shenzhen do not have to work overtime, but on the other hand, there cannot be too many overtime hours. If there are too many overtime hours, the enthusiasm of employees will be affected, and the work efficiency will decrease. This is also detrimental to the company.

The interviewer asked a: Do you say you can accept 5 hours of overtime work?
A: I can afford it. I am still young and in good health. When I was in high school, I had no problem learning for more than 14 hours every day.
Interviewer: No one can afford to work overtime for five hours every day. I think what you said is unrealistic.

Me: As a Fortune Five Hundred company, tplink is definitely not very low in employee treatment. Besides, I care about future development prospects, not salary, if I don't even care about work, I don't have to worry about overtime.

Interviewer: I am very tired. What do you think.
Me: At least easier than the workers on the production line. I learned that they have to work for 15 hours or more a day.

Interviewer: Have you done this on the assembly line?
Me: No, but I have read a book today. I wrote an 18-year-old girl who has been admitted to college. But I did not go to college because I was poor at home and went to work in Guangdong alone, after entering Foxconn, she has been in charge from the assembly line, and she suffered a lot that I could not imagine before.
