Common projects are companies> departments. Departments are classified into lower-level departments. Then many employees in the department.

1. The company has offices, such as offices. The Agency is not an independent legal representative, but has certain permissions in the system.

2. The company has subsidiaries, such as Beijing branch and Shanghai Branch. The permission of a branch is higher than that of an office, for example, it can be ordered and delivered independently.

3. The company has exchange units. For example, the product information of some dealers allows the manufacturer to log on to the system for maintenance, and its own personnel are not responsible. Exchange organizations do not belong to the company's organizational system strictly.

4. An employee works in multiple subsidiaries. For example, the Group's Vice President works as the temporary General Manager in the Beijing branch.

4. the management interface is very messy. Company Information maintains a menu item, Branch Information maintains a menu item, Department Information maintains a menu item, and employee information maintains a menu item .... there are a lot of menu items in an organizational unit .......

If you have too many projects, you may encounter many problems. These problems have been solved in my framework, for example.

It has the following advantages: 1. in the organizational unit diagram, the left side is the tree representation of group companies, branches, departments, and exchange units. Different types of organizations are represented by different small icons, so that administrators can see all organizations at a glance, easy to find.  2. The tree node has a right-click menu, which can be added, deleted, and modified, saving a bunch of Button menus and saving page space.  3. The tree can be loaded at one time or asynchronously to solve the data volume problem of a large number of organizations.  4. Click a department node to add, modify, and delete positions on the right. The use of Responsibility Assignment management is in line with the current enterprise management system.  5. Click different Tree nodes on the left, and the job table on the right will change horizontally. For example, if you click a group company, all positions of the group will be displayed. Fuzzy search for positions is convenient.  6. Click a row in the job form. The following figure shows the employees who work for the job. A job can have multiple employees, such as interns.  7. Click "role" and "permission" to display the roles and permissions associated with the position. It is very convenient for administrators to manage and maintain. The organizational unit management in the framework is displayed on only one page, which is very simple and suitable for administrators. Users like it at first glance and immediately feel our products, A good foreshadowing is provided for winning the list.
