"Cloud" computing in my mind

"Cloud" was one of the hottest discussions on IT technology in 2009. Almost no matter whether it is a giant or a microhead it, you can draw relationships with the "Cloud" or you want to draw relationships between them. You can just move on with the word "Cloud, who knows it is true or false.

There is a lot of information about cloud concepts, and many of our predecessors talk about it. I am not qualified to talk about it. If you are interested, you can find some professional explanations on cloud. Here I just want to talk about my understanding of "cloud" and my mind's "cloud ".

DaringPut it on the homepage. If you want to discuss it, I will keep staring at this page. If not, I will immediately cancel the homepage and will never affect your mood.

There are materials to explain "Cloud" as follows:

The most basic concept of cloud computing (distributed computing technology) is to automatically split a large computing processing program into countless smaller subprograms through a network, after a large system composed of multiple servers is searched and computed, the processing result is returned to the user. With this technology, network service providers can process tens of millions or even hundreds of millions of pieces of information within several seconds to achieve network services with the same powerful performance as those of supercomputer.

Looking at the current social "Cloud" services, merchants are making several, dozens, or even 1 million sets to provide computing and storage for visitors. Google has millions of machines to form the so-called "cloud". Microsoft and IMB also have hundreds of thousands of machines to build their own "cloud". There are also 100,000 of cloud detection and removal in China, sogou cloud input method, even our commonly used software can be placed on the cloud, powerful! It seems that these "Cloud" services constitute powerful computing and storage. However, I believe some people will come up with a few machines on their own: We provide cloud services. Simply put, we can see that these "Clouds" are actually limited services provided by a large number of users to access the merchants. In a sense, they are "isolated", although these can also meet the current business needs. For example, arrows of each color represent a request and response:

If a seller t provides "cloud services", our users A, B, C, D, and E need "cloud computing", then they send a request to T, then, t executes the request operations of Customer A, B, C, D, and E in the limited cloud, and then delivers the results to the client.

Clouds in nature are everywhere. How has it become a limited "Cloud? I am really wondering.

Therefore, my understanding of "cloud computing" is to mobilize all idle computers connected to the network for computing and storage, rather than using only limited computers for computing. See:

Still that vendor t provides "cloud service" (for convenience of drawing, omitted A, C, E client). Our users B, d, and need "cloud computing ", therefore, t sends a request to T, and then t not only executes the request operations of Customer A, B, C, D, and E in its limited "Cloud, we are also looking for idle online machines on the cloud Earth to participate in "cloud computing. For example, when customer a sends a request to t, t no longer only uses its own ABCD operation, but also finds an idle client d to participate in the calculation of the request, and then reports the result to Client.

Our personal PC should not only use the merchant's servers, but also be included in the "Cloud". In this way, it is regarded as "cloud computing" and "cloud storage ". Of course, this is also related to whether individuals are willing to share their idle resources for others.

In addition, I still have a bit of doubt about the current "cloud computing": Is Data stored securely on the "Cloud" end of the merchant? Some time ago, Microsoft lost user data. Is confidentiality reliable? Who knows if any seller's engineers will get a few pieces of personal information that our users put on the cloud, "turning hands" to other interested people?

The above is my personal point of view and understanding, so I put it on the homepage for discussion. After all, this "cloud computing" Technology is suitable for discussion in the garden.

If you want to take a picture, please take it lightly. Thank you!
