Vision and Objectives
Our website is designed to address the recycling of daily necessities for graduates, as well as to provide inexpensive and practical second-hand supplies to some financially strapped students. For this, we have designed some typical users and typical scenarios.
Generally speaking, the time is enough, because our ability is relatively low, coupled with other courses in the work of conflict, the implementation of the comparison is not ideal.

Plan
Compared with the original plan, the function has been reduced and the time is too tight.
I think our task is relatively clear, there are also measurable deliverables.
The plan doesn't catch up with the changes, I dare say, but there are some delays.
In the plan, we didn't leave a buffer, and the buffer was the compensation for the time it took to solve the puzzle and the addition of new functionality.

Resources
One of the reasons for our slow progress is the lack of resources.
Each task through its needs to allocate resources, through the difficulty to determine the degree of time, after all, is the first time, the effect is not good enough.
Other people do things, let themselves sit more efficient, also have to let their own things, let others do more efficient.

Change Management
When we do every task, we will share the message.
We basically have no contingency plan for the task that can be changed, but we will find a strong way to do it.

Design and implementation
The design work basically in the evening, has the captain to lead, the team member completes together. The assigned task is who will do what, the rest of the watch, or have the captain assigned.
At work, there are also ambiguous tasks. We will gather together to discuss the outcome of the discussion, on the Internet to reference other people.

Testing and Publishing
The test tool is basically not, the test can be said to be a small problem test, the big problem is very few. There is no hegemonism in our team.
There are some things that cannot be displayed at the time of publication.
