Buddha once said: Be sure to explore the truth of pain to its source.

On the night of his enlightenment, he sat with firm willpower and swore: "If you cannot understand the origins of bitterness and how to pluck it, you cannot swear."

Bitter

He saw clearly that the pain did exist. No matter how unpleasant it may feel, it is a fact that cannot be avoided. As life begins, so does the pain. We can't remember the situation in the mother's womb, but the general experience is that we came to die from the mother's womb crying. Birth is a great pain.

Now that life has begun, each of us will experience the pain of sickness and old age. However, no matter how much we are sick, no matter how old or weak we are, no one wants to die, because death is a great pain.

All sentient beings must face all these sufferings. We are bound to experience other pains, bodily or spiritual pains in the course of our lives. We are suffering in pain, but not happy. We don't get what we want, we don't want it, but it comes to us. All of these situations are painful.

The pain of this kind is obvious to a man who has pondered over the pain. But the Buddha, before the Buddha, was not satisfied with the release of this rational limitation, and he continued to explore within himself to experience the true nature of the pain. He found that the obsession with the five aggregates was bitter.

On a very deep level, pain is an over-clinging of each of us to the body (the color) and the mind (knowledge, thought, Yun, and Yun). People have a strong attachment to themselves, body and mind, and in fact, this individual is just a process of change. The practice of this false idea of self is suffering from the fact that something that is actually constantly changing is being taken.

Seizure

There are several types of seizure. The first is the acquisition of the pursuit of sensual pleasure. The drug addict is addicted to drugs because he wants to experience the pleasant feeling that drugs have made on him: although he knows that drugs only deepen his addiction. In the same way, we are addicted to the habit of greed and love. Once a desire is fulfilled, we are born with the next desire and addiction. Once a desire is fulfilled, we are born with the next desire. The subject is actually secondary, the truth of the matter is that the state of our craving for love continues to persist, and that love itself creates a pleasant sensation in us, and we hope that this joyful feeling will continue. As a result, greed and love become a habit we cannot break, an addiction. Like a drug addict, will gradually numb to the drugs he smoked, and therefore need a larger dose, just to get to the general, our love if the more to meet the more intense. Like this, we can never cease the love of greed. And as long as we have greedy love, we will never be happy.

Another great obsession is the obsession with me, this ego, the image of the ego that we identify with. To everyone, I am the most important person in the world. Like the iron-covered magnets around us, we automatically circle the iron filings in the center of our own. We instinctively want to arrange the world according to our own preferences without hesitation, praying to attract pleasant things and to rule out unpleasant things. But no one is alone in this world, some I will clash with another. Each person creates a circle that will be disturbed by the magnetic field of others, and we will be attracted or rejected by ourselves. The result is only unhappiness and pain.

Our practice is not confined to "me": We also extend the practice to "my", anything that belongs to us. Everyone has a great hold on what they have, because it is related to us, and these things enhance the image of ourselves. If this so-called "my" is immutable, and this "I" can be kept forever, always enjoy "my", then this practice will not cause any problems. But in fact, "I" and "my" will have to go their separate ways sooner or later. The moment of parting will surely come. When the time comes, the greater the depth of the "my" hold, the stronger the pain will be.

A further extension of the practice is the holding of my opinions and beliefs. Whatever their true content is, whether right or wrong, as long as they are seized, they will be unhappy. Everyone is convinced that their opinions and traditions are the best, and that once someone criticizes them, we will be very unhappy. If we want to explain our views, others do not accept, we will also be very unhappy. We do not recognize that everyone has their own beliefs. It is meaningless to debate who has the right opinion. The more rewarding way is to put any stereotype aside and try to see the truth. But we are not able to give up on our own opinions, so we have been unhappy.

Finally, it is the practice of religious ceremonies and ceremonies. We often emphasize the outer form of religion, rather than the essence of it, and we often feel that those who do not obey these ceremonies are by no means a truly devout believer. We forget that the essence of religion is absent, and its form level is just empty shell. If a person's heart is always filled with rage, fanaticism and malice, then it is useless to recite or obey the ritual of piety. True piety is the cultivation of the heart of the pious attitude, that is, the purification of the heart, the love and compassion for sentient beings. But the religious external form of the seizure, resulting in our attention to form, far more than the essence of its attention. We neglect the nature of religion and cause us to sink into the abyss of misery.

No matter what the pain, all the pain is related to some kind of practice mentioned here. Seizure and pain exist at the same time.

The rule of origin

What causes the seizure? How is the seizure born? The Buddha, the Prince of Siddhartha, analyzed himself and found that the formation of the seizure was due to a momentary love and aversion to the habit of psychology. These transient, unconscious psychological reactions, which are repeated and strengthened for a moment and a moment, form powerful gravitational and thrust forces that form all of our holds. The practice is actually the form that the habit reaction develops in the instant. This is the direct cause of suffering.

What makes a habit of love and disgust react? He observed later that the habit reaction occurred because of the feeling. We feel happy, we start to like it, we feel unpleasant feelings, we start to hate it.
