First representative: customer benefits

"Thinking for the customer is also thinking about the survival of the enterprise" is a slogan put forward by goose many years ago. As I described above, the general situation of a software project is like this. According to the software engineering book, it may be able to be linked to what "spiraling; however, this kind of spiral is not what project management personnel are willing to see: the project cycle is lengthened, the cost increases, and so on. Many problems arise (of course, some of the spiral is always unavoidable ).

Software is always different from house building. Humans have had thousands of years of house building experience since the mass residence, and the process of software development and management is just a few decades from the whole anthropology, coming to China is just a few years old. Chinese people like to enjoy the excitement. They just look at the excitement and enjoy taking the test in one step. Fortunately, Chinese Feitian has been doing so for a few years. Everyone is in a hurry.

After talking a little nonsense, I am a little confused and partial. In fact, my idea is that a project administrator cannot complete the project just to complete the project. Project management personnel must consider the issues for customers, solve the problems for customers, and consider the problems from the customer's perspective, change the customer's needs into the needs of management personnel (change yourself into the customer's personnel), and use these needs to improve and require the project. In this way, we can truly ensure that this project is what the customer wants, and that the customer will not feel uncomfortable when using it. In order to avoid the emergence of some spiral, it is better to take the initiative to solve the problem than passive combat. If the project management personnel cannot place themselves in the customer's position, there is always a gap in the requirements for software.

Second representative: representing the interests of employees

I have always thought that software products are not tested, they are made, and testing is only an auxiliary means. A team is a very important factor in ensuring the quality of software products. Software is an intellectual product, and the carrier is people and project management people.

In my opinion (based on my years of experience), what best expresses the quality of software is the enthusiasm and initiative of people. Human beings are very inert and highly reliant, and often pass through them. But when such animals are interested in what they are, this kind of thing is the best way to burn a small universe.

What a project administrator needs to do is to coordinate and communicate, improve their enthusiasm and initiative, gain their trust, and understand their embodiment of their own value. It is right to provide them with corresponding benefit services.

In fact, most intellectual personnel generally need two aspects: one is the value to be recognized; the other is the value recognized by money. The former needs guidance. There is nothing to say about this guidance. I think different management personnel have different methods. The latter is divided into two aspects: salary and project bonus. I will not talk about the salary. I am talking about the project bonus problem:

I still remember that a project without a project rewards and punishments system is a big pot meal. The quality problem is very serious. If there is no project rewards and punishments system, there are few details that can be controlled on the project, project management personnel are not authorized, and there is a lack of control measures. Management, that is, management and management. Project management personnel must have the right to possess personnel and financial resources. No carrots, and no big sticks can do anything ???

When people come out to mix, they are all mixed-mouth meals, so it is simply a money, money. The interest distribution scheme of a project must be approved by the project personnel; otherwise, the project should be a relaxed project: quality problems, progress problems, communication problems ......
