"Solution"

In the Select Install Ubuntu Mate interface Press the E key to enter the editing mode, the penultimate line at the end of the quiet splash--to quiet splash =nomodeset

Press F10 to save into GUI installation interface

After installation, the driver of NVIDIA graphics card is changed to the proprietary driver in the system---> control center---> Additional Drivers Additional Drive page
