"What is missing in China and what is missing in Japan"--Kando
What China lacks:
1. High-quality service
2. A coherent spirit of solidarity
3. Delicate technology
What Japan lacks:
1. Responsibility
2. The power of the young
3. A broad World Vision
China's enterprises are full of vitality, but the mobility of personnel is not conducive to the accumulation of technology enterprises.
There is no patience in doing things.
Japan's enterprises are relatively stable, but the staff too entrenched, satisfied with the office, is not conducive to enterprises to open up new areas.
An individual's superficial opinion. In particular, I thank Mr. Kando for his efforts to contribute to the study of Sino-Japanese culture.
There are many things in Japan that we should learn. Learning humbly is the precondition of progress.
