This role represents employees at the grassroots level. The literal meaning of the phrase is, "the ice is coming soon when the foot is frost ". An idiom is "preventing micro-dujian ".
The primary work of grass-roots employees is production. With increasingly developed technologies, the production process is becoming increasingly strict. From the processing of daily food to the cutting-edge micro-electronics nano-process, all belong to the production process. As a grassroots employee and soldier, the most important thing is meticulous. It is impossible for a task to have clear instructions in every detail. The task can be completed successfully only by starting with the details. I am engaged in software R & D, and I have a profound understanding of this.
It depends on your skills to solve the problem as soon as the problem arises. The value created by truly outstanding employees is many times larger than that of ordinary employees.

The sixth and second dimensions are very important in this process. Employees are not satisfied with the company. Most of the time, they are not satisfied with the team leader, because for the first six grassroots employees, the two leaders are their direct superiors, it is impossible for the team leader to work in conflict with each other.
The organizational structures of different enterprises are different. The leaders mentioned here do not exactly correspond to the "Leader" position in your enterprise, based on the characteristics of this role, you need to determine the relationship between the staff member and the company's specific positions, which may be the team lead or the manager.

The bag refers to the mouth of the pocket, which is extended as a bottle of mouth, so proceed with caution. This can be guaranteed without any loss of reputation.
In contrast, the third half is the right arm. Maybe everyone will sneer at the "cronies" position, as a stream of butlers and ministers. In fact, this is a misunderstanding of cronies. Generally, from the President to the grass-roots employees, a complete enterprise structure is formed. However, according to Kun, there is another layer outside the president.
Everything goes from one side to describe the phenomenon. For example, if there is a total of six, What is it outside of six, and there is nothing left? This is definitely not the case. The six phases in the hexagrams are the six stages we can see from the perspective of Kun hexagrams. In the future, we will not be able to see this world. As we cannot see the night in the daytime, it does not mean that the night does not exist.
The last six positions are detached, but they are not comfortable. The top six people have affairs and troubles outside of the company. From the analysis of Xiangxiang, the back of Kun hexagrams is Qian Hexun. The upper six is at the junction of Qian Kun. The sky is like heaven. The color is Xuan and Kun is the Earth. The color is yellow. Here we use the image to describe the transfer of Qian Kun. In the communication between heaven and earth, there is a mixture of qingcang and tuhuang. It is like the blood from the Battle of the two dragons that has passed through the world.
Back to the enterprise, the top six are not in the enterprise, but their every move affects the fate of the company. At ordinary times, we cannot clearly feel the influence of the last six places. However, when we fully analyze the surrounding phenomena, we can see the layer-by-layer associations between the entire enterprise's organizational structure.
2. Seek the power of government
The organizational structure of an enterprise is analyzed hierarchically. There is a great benefit of hierarchy. Each layer only needs to focus on this layer, rather than paying too much attention to the details of other layers. It is precisely because of this method of hiding details that it is possible to build a large enterprise.
Without Hierarchical Decomposition, the president needs to consider the specific production details, or every employee is thinking about the strategic planning of the enterprise, so that the enterprise can survive.
The principle of maintaining stability is to "stay ahead of its position. Like a table, it is composed of countless constantly vibrating atoms. The key to a table is that the atom vibrates in a small range around its inherent position. If the atom can run freely, the table will become a pool of water.
3. High school grass-roots management
Different management methods are required for different levels of high school grass-roots.
There are three typical management types: American-style management, Japanese-style management, and Chinese-style management. Many cool people have deeply analyzed these issues. Here I just propose a basic concept.
American-style management focuses on manuals. Every step requires an absolutely clear and rational process, and every thing must have a precise digital representation.
