Recent interview or written examination experience

I am looking for a job this semester. I have interviewed or tested five companies in total, but I still learned a lot from them.

First, Tencent's written examination was the first one. I felt that Tencent had killed many people when screening their resumes, so we did not have many people who did the written examination at school, there are more than 30 R & D engineers taking the test. Fortunately, I have a test chance, but I have no preparation in advance. It is the first time I take the test, therefore, I feel that many basic data structures have been forgotten, and the algorithm question of a backpack question has made me feel depressed for a long time. What's more funny is that, I completed the additional questions before proceeding. However, the additional questions are not counted as scores. The general feeling is that the questions are relatively simple and focus on the basics. The result is that the written test has not passed, but at least I have learned what test questions I will take in software R & D. I should pay more attention to it later. This is the only thing I have learned.

The second one was invested at the double-election meeting. AVIC group, a large state-owned enterprise, has four listed companies. I have invested in network maintenance at the group headquarters, in fact, I never expected to enter such a position at the beginning, because I always wanted to invest in OA development, and I was notified of the interview, because I called the interview, so I guess there will be no written examination, and I have prepared a resume without any preparation. I went there for an interview the next day. On the other hand, a Miss HR and an engineer in charge of the Internet felt that the interview was still quite smooth, because they had met each other for more than an hour, I can't take it anymore. I thought I could leave. As a result, they took another question and asked me to do it. It was a mix of network and programming questions. I couldn't help it. Although I still had to do it, haha, I am depressed when I implement an algorithm in the middle, because this algorithm is the backpack that I did not do on Tencent, at that time, I was so depressed that I didn't want to do it anymore. Then I read three other questions, which are probably some problems in the C/S structure. At that time, I was very depressed, so I simply did not do it. Then I honestly wrote after the question that I did not do anything in the C/S structure. I did two. net projects are in the B/S structure, and I also say that companies are slowly using the B/S structure to replace the C/S structure, so I said hello to the engineer and left. I don't know how much I expect, but I politely called the lady HR the next day to say thank you. By the way, I also implicitly asked me when I will receive a notification for the next interview if I have the opportunity, the answer is about a month later. After hearing this, I knew that I was completely absent. Haha, but I still accept the message, because after all, this is my virgin face and has been in the face for so long. I have gained some interview experience.

The third and double-choice companies, wx, is a video processing software company. It seems that companies all use VC and delpli to do things, however, when I submitted my resume, I clearly told them that I have never used VC or Delphi, but I think I have good learning ability and can get started quickly. After chatting for about 20 minutes, their R & D department manager, a friendly GG, gave me an interview notice and asked me to go to their company for an interview two days later. On the day of the interview, I went to wx and found the GG who gave me the notice. I was told that their manager had interviewed me. After 20 minutes, I finally started the interview, however, this interviewer and the GG who gave me the last notification are not exactly the same type of person. They feel a lot of pressure and I feel very uncomfortable. The entire interview process lasted for about 10 minutes, in particular, he said that the national market piracy is serious, so their products are positioned abroad. They also said that the projects I have done are logically not in line with the process of a company, it cannot be regarded as experience or something. In short, I wrote a big article, and then I went away. I came back depressed for a long time and watched TV for more than 12 o'clock. I got up until noon the next day, but I still didn't forget to thank GG, who gave me the interview notice, and sent him an email saying thank you, then I spoke about some of my ideas about the interview. By the way, I wish my job a smooth job. After all, I know that there is no such thing, but I still want to thank you. After all, I gave me an interview, and I added some experience.

The fourth company was a small HK Company. It was opened by a Hong Kong partner and an Australian. I contacted the company via 51job and emailed some questions. It was quite smooth to go to the interview that day, then let me go to the computer for a test in the first week of March. However, because it is a HK Company and it is not registered here, if it is signed, it cannot solve the account problem and several insurances. It depends on the situation.

The Fifth Company is sxf. It is a VPN company. After reading some introductions, their VPN is very good. zchhuen, a graduated senior engineer, is doing sales work there, that's why I voted for it. However, the technical requirements are very strict and I don't comply with it. So I have no chance to go in and do the technology. But I am very grateful to zchhuen, who recommended it for me.
