The British Psychology Society's study synopsis summarizes seven global research psychology studies and uses scientific research conclusions to teach you how to learn more efficiently.

1. Cultivate "growth thinking ".Carol dwick, a professor of development psychology at Stanford University, suggested that learners should intentionally cultivate their "growth-oriented thinking model", that is, to blame their efforts rather than their IQ for their achievements, encourage yourself to solve problems through subjective initiative.

6. Ensure adequate sleep.The world's top academic journal Nature published a research study by Professor Matthew Walker at the University of California at Berkeley. The two groups of volunteers who slept well the night before and stayed up late recorded some pictures respectively. They found that the volunteers who stayed up late remembered 19% fewer pictures than those who slept well. Wokel concluded that insufficient sleep affects the ability to acquire knowledge.

7. If you are tired, create a ticket.Many studies have confirmed that even a 10 minute nap can effectively reduce fatigue and recover attention. Zhao Dayong, School of Psychology, Southwest University in China, found that lying in the sleep can reduce fatigue. ▲
