This read list is designed for new users, programmers, and administrators to learn more about the grid computing community through the seminars, conferences, and other valuable resources listed in it.
Overview
The term "Grid Computing" was created at the end of 1990s and defines a new type of open-standard distributed computing mode and infrastructure. Imagine the power grid. Power stations are connected to each other to achieve power sharing and optimization. In the event of a fault or natural disaster, the power of one State can be sent to customers in another State.
Let's extend this concept:Grid computingIt is a new field. Unlike traditional distributed computing, it focuses on enabling applications to benefit from sharing high-throughput and high-performance resources, data and storage, visualization systems, and tools.
