Restore Disc Burning Features

Generally speaking, the CD can not be burned, because someone has modified your registry settings, want to restore the same through the registry. Navigate to: "Hkey_current_usersoftwaremicrosoftwindowscurrentversionpolicies Explorer", and then remove the "Explorer" item, restart to restore the burn function
