Remove nonprinting data from Microsoft Excel table by using outline display

When you print an Excel worksheet, you may have data in the middle branch of the worksheet that you don't want to print. At this point, we may want to use the outline of Excel to solve this problem. The steps are as follows:

Select the rows in the Excel table that you want to hide, press alt+shift+-> (right arrow), and at this point, two rating buttons 1 and 2 are present on the right side of the worksheet. When you print, click Button 1, and the data you don't need to print is hidden. After printing, click button 2, the hidden Excel table data is back again, very convenient.
